Who's the Alien? An online drawing impostor game for friends
Everyone gets the same thing to draw, say a hamburger. But the aliens among you get something similar but different, like a sandwich. You have 60 seconds to draw, then all drawings and the real task are revealed.
Then the arguing starts: “Why is your bun square?” Vote for a suspect whenever you like; whoever gets more than half the votes is thrown off the ship and revealed. Humans win by ejecting every alien; aliens win if they equal the humans or last 5 rounds.
A mix for fans of impostor games like Among Us and drawing games like Gartic Phone. Toyla is independent and not affiliated with Among Us or Gartic Phone. Create a room, share the link; 4-10 players join from phone or computer.
No drawing skills needed: bad drawings are half the fun, and they help the alien
The alien doesn't know the humans' task, so they have to guess and bluff
Vote whenever you like as soon as the drawings appear
Draw with your finger on a phone or with a mouse

How to play
Goal
There are aliens among the crew. Humans try to find them and throw them off the ship; aliens try not to get caught.
4-10 players; 1 alien with 4-6, 2 with 7 or more. Aliens know each other.
1. Draw (60 s)
Everyone gets the same thing to draw, e.g. “Hamburger”. The aliens get something similar but different, e.g. “Sandwich”.
Aliens don't know the humans' task; they try to keep their drawing from standing out.
Tip for aliens: a clear drawing gets you caught. Keep it rough so it could pass for the humans' drawing.
2. Argue and vote
The drawings and the humans' task are revealed. Argue out loud: “Why is the bun square?”
Vote for a suspect or “Don't throw anyone” whenever you like. Voting is open: everyone sees who voted for whom. Whoever gets more than half the votes is thrown off and revealed.
No separate results screen: once everyone has voted, the ejected player and their identity show on the same board for a 20-second check. The room host can skip ahead.
Who wins?
Humans win if every alien is thrown off.
Aliens win if they equal the humans or survive 5 rounds. Throwing out an innocent doesn't end the game, but it helps the aliens.
